High purity dNTP DNA triphosphate - suitable for qPCR and RT-PCR

DNA trisphosphate (deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate, dNTP) includes dATP, dGTP, dTTP, dCTP, and is the basic raw material required for PCR amplification, fluorescence quantification, reverse transcription, sequencing and marking reactions. Its purity directly affects the experimental results. If the purity of dNTP is not high, or mixed with methylated DNA will cause the product of methylation, or contains DNA phosphoric acid, DNA diphosphate will also reduce polymerase polymerization capacity.

 

To meet the different experimental needs of our customers, The Creatures offer three forms of high purity dNTP, namely, a separate dNTP (Cat No.10118ES-10121ES), four separate dNTP combination sets dNTP Set (Cat No.10122ES74) and different concentrations of ready-to-use premixed dNTP (Cat No.10123ES-10125ES). Three forms of dNTP are available in the form of sodium saline solution (PH7.0).

Ultrapure: Purity >99% (HPLC), excluding DNase and RNase;

 

Reliable: DNTP for each batch is pcR reaction validated.

 

Note:

 

1) dNTP cannot be frozen and thawed repeatedly. If you need to use it many times, it is recommended to pack it into small packages to store frozen reserves;

 

2) The four dNTP must be combined with the same concentration to reduce mismatch error.

This product is suitable for molecular diagnosis, high-throughput sequencing and various PCR and reverse transcription-related experiments, such as RT-PCR, qPCR, long-fragment PCR, hi-fi PCR, ordinary PCR, etc.
