Using high resolution SDD or Si-pin detector, it can analyze Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Zn, Ni, Ir and other elements. At the same time, it can test Cd, Pb and other hazardous substances. Test results fully meet the requirements of the National Standard 18043-2013 GB/T.
