Hydrolytic Enzymes Fructosyl Transferase Ec

Fructosyltransferase, EC, which also called b- Fructo-furanosidase, EC, it is a kind of hydrolase with metastasis activity and wide receptor activity, which could be sucrose as raw material to synthesis kestose and other oligosaccharide. Fructo-oligosaccharide, also known as Fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is an excellent food ingredient, which has the physiological effect of probiotics. FOS is mainly contained Kestose, but also contains Nystose and 1F-fructofuranosylnystose.

We use the Aspergillus Niger high yield bacterium to refine after the deep fermentation. If we use this product to produce FOS, the conversion rate could achieve 56%-59%.

a. Activity: 3000U/mL

b. Appearance: Ligth yellow Liquid

c. Enzyme activity Definition: In the best enzymatic reaction condition (45,ph5.5), converts sucrose into oligosaccharides, the amount of enzyme required to produce 1pmoL kestose per minute is defined as an enzyme activity unit (U).

d. Standard: We conform the national standard of the People's Republic of China: GB 25594-2010 Food Safety national Standards food Enzyme preparations for industrial use (GBT 23528-2009 oligosaccharide)
