Description: Taq enzyme is a high-efficient PCR DNA polymerase. It is isolated and purified from Escherichia coli cloned with Thermu aquaticus DNA polymerase gene. The molecular weight is 94kd. Taq DNA polymerase has 5′-3′dna polymerase activity and 5′-3′-circumscribed nuclease activity and with no 3′-5′ activity. In the PCR reaction, Taq DNA polymerase elongation rate of 1-2kb/minutes, product 3′ End band A, can be directly cloned with TA carrier.
