Introduction:


The 5'-phospho diesterase was extracted and lyophilized from the culture solution of citrus penicillium. It is a kind of enzyme preparation which can hydrolyze nucleic acid into 5,-nucleotide. It can catalyze the two ester bond formed between the 3,-carbon atom hydroxyl and phosphoric acid on the molecule of RNA or oligonucleotide, and make the fracture produce four kinds of 5,-nucleotide and 5,-phosphate oligonucleotide. The 5,-nucleotide has a strong freshness effect and is a kind of valuable food additive.


Character:

1 white or yellow powder;

2 suitable ph range 4.0~7.0, the most suitable for ph=5.0;

3  the most suitable temperature t=60¡æ;


Application:

1. Industrial production of 5,-nucleotides;

2, hydrolysis yeast RNA, further improve the yeast extract i+g content, improve and enrich the flavor of yeast extract;

Application conditions:

Hydrolysis temperature 60~70¡æ, substrate concentration (RNA concentration) 0.8~1%,ph value 4.0~7.0, add the amount of enzyme 0.1~0.3% (material quantity), hydrolysis time 3-24 hours.

Storage£º

Recommended in a cool and dry environment to avoid light preservation, storage temperature: 0 degrees below.

Storage too long or bad storage conditions, the enzyme activity will be reduced to varying degrees, such as temperature and humidity is too high, you need to use the appropriate increase in the dosage.
